Change from FTP to SFTP is supported
Feb 20, 2023
Google sent a notice about the end of support for FTP in Merchant Center on February 17th, 2023.
Our system already supports SFTP uploads, and we will fully support the transition of your Google feeds submitting by FTP (if any) to submit via SFTP.
There will be no additional charges for this change.
We will post another notice once specific steps to complete the transition have been created.
This notice is just to let you know that everything will be taken care of and your feeds will continue working.
There is nothing to do at this time on your end, and it is not currently possible to switch your feed to SFTP via your account since that setting is hidden.
